What systems do you work with?

We use XPlan and AdviserLogic to prepare our SoAs/RoAs, WealthSolver for Investments, Risk Researcher for Insurance and Xtools+ to complete financial modelling.

How do I receive my completed SoA?

We deliver all completed SoAs and RoAs in Word document format. Once finalised, the advice document, along with supporting materials (such as WealthSolver and Risk Researcher reports, Fund Fact Sheets, etc.), is uploaded to Xplan File Notes. Additionally, you'll receive an email notification upon completion, including our comments on the SoA or RoA.

What data security measures do you have in place?

At Alerius, the safety of your data is our top priority. We are ISO/IEC 27001 certified and implement a range of robust physical and digital security measures. Our policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and updated to maintain the highest standards of data protection.

Is there a minimum monthly commitment?

No. We operate on a transactional pricing model where you only pay for what you require (i.e. you will pay per SoA/RoA required).

What are your turnaround times?

The timeline depends on the services you need and the complexity of the SoA or RoA document. We start by reviewing the provided data within one business day to address any questions or gather missing information. Once clarified, we confirm the completion date. Our standard turnaround time for SoAs is 4–6 business days, depending on complexity, while RoAs are typically completed within two business days.

Do you outsource any part of the process?

All of the process is handled by our in-house team and we do not work with any third parties through the process.
