We are seeking  a dedicated Senior Paraplanner to join our team and support in delivering tailored financial advice. This role is ideal for a technical expert with a deep understanding of advice strategies who can provide consistent, high-quality support over the long term.

• Prepare high-quality, accurate, timely, and compliant Statements of Advice (SoA's) on behalf of the advisers, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
• Develop complex financial strategies for new and existing clients.
• Conducting comprehensive research and projections for financial plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients ensuring clear, concise, and professional interactions.
• Perform financial modelling, insurance quantification, product research, and investment recommendations.
• Support advisers by obtaining information needed to prepare comprehensive SoA's.
• Use Xplan extensively, including Xtools, to support advice preparation.

Required qualifications / experience:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in the financial planning sector and  experience with complex strategies, particularly around superannuation and investments - lots of opportunity to learn also.
• Experience with Financial Planning software (Xplan).
• Diploma of Financial Planning (DFP) or desire to complete RG146 accreditation in the near term.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
